Some fans have also suggested that Mei Parry could be hiding from someone in this room. It’s unclear what this means and what it stands for, but it could be a name and that person could also be a suspect in the fire. On several of the bricks, “AN” has been written on them. The wall behind Mei Parry also provides Nancy Drew fans with a major gameplay clue. There are some candles in the photo which suggests that it’s very dark and could potentially be a secret area that most people don’t know about. In the screenshot, Mei Parry seems to be standing in some sort of cellar that doesn’t have a light. Mei Parry has been accused of setting fire to Hathorne House and she will likely be one of the people who Nancy Drew will be investigating.
